We charge a standard £20 delivery to mainland UK. For further areas contact us for a price.
All prices on our website include VAT, but do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges are as standard £20 to mainland UK. We reserve the right to charge additional delivery charges for non-mainland UK locations, or totally refund your order.
We reserve the right to change prices on our website at any given time. Sometimes in rare occurrences there may be a pricing error and will fix the problem as soon as it noticed and will alert any orders that have may been processed on the error, and offer a full refund or send an invoice for the price difference if the customer wants to continue with the purchase.
You can change your order specifications until payment has been received. Once payment has been received it may not be possible to change your order because the manufacturing process has likely begun. Double check your measurements and design requirements before providing payment unless we have stated otherwise, e.g. Design Proof.
We try our best to match colours to the colours requested by the customer. Colours have millions of different shades so sometimes it may not be possible to get exact replica's of colours on repeat orders, so you should contact us for repeat orders and we will try our best to match the colour.
Please not that all device screens and printed media look different. Colours on different PC's, mobiles and tablets will look different depending on settings such as brightness. The images and colours provided on our website are as a guide only, if you are unsure please ask us before ordering so we can supply a sample if applicable.
Please check and look over your splashback on delivery for any visible signs of damage before accepting the delivery. If you do see any problems, defects, damage or any kind of marks to your splashback they should be bought up at time of delivery with the courier and refused so they are returned to us.
If the splashback(s) are the wrong size and match the measurements on your invoice, we cannot be held responsible for them being incorrect sizes as the measurements are supplied by you and as a result we will not be able to offer a refund or compensation. Double check any sizes you provide us to make sure they are accurate.
Once you have received your delivery any complaints should be made within the first 24 hour period of taking delivery. We cannot be held responsible for delivery of orders that have been accepted on your behalf by friends or neighbours, get them to check over the splashbacks on delivery to make sure they are damage free.
We reserve the right to repair and defects with your splashback(s). We cannot issue refunds to splashbacks that have been fitted or installed.
As this is a bespoke product that is made to consumers own specification and measurements your order may not be cancelled once payment has been received. Where possible we reserve the right to issue a cancellation or refund if the order has yet to make it to the manufacturing stage.

We cannot be held responsible for damage or breakages when our splashback panels have not been fitted by our recommendations.
We use PayPal for the majority of our orders. You do not need to PayPal account to purchase. We also accept BACS.
